Waynesburg Area Chamber of Commerce: Greene CountyBusiness Expo

The Waynesburg Area Chamber of Commerce held the fifth annual Greene County Business Expo on October 20th, 2011 at the Pennsylvania National Guard Readiness Center located in Evergreene Technology Park, Waynesburg, PA.

In 2007, the Greene County Business EXPO was a premiere event designed by the Waynesburg Area Chamber of Commerce to help promote its members throughout the region. It allowed businesses to showcase its products and services in a tradeshow format and gave the community an opportunity to see what other participating businesses had to offer.

The first event was held at RJ LeeGroup, Inc. located at the new EverGreene Technology Park. The theme of the event was "Discover our Hidden Treasures"; and how appropriate that one of our newest treasures, RJ LeeGroup, located in the EverGreene Technology Park, served as the host for the event.

The second and third event were held at the First Assembly of God Church saw a increase of vendors and parking availability. The theme for the second event was "Living Greene" and focused on ways to make business and personal life a "greener" experience.

And the theme for the third event was "Saving Green in Greene" and focused on ways to save money locally during these tough economic times.
