The afternoon allowed guests to enjoy a nice lunch away from work, the opportunity to converse with other professionals, and the chance to shop!

Speaker – Laura Zoeller, columnist for the Observer Reporter who presented an humorous and inspirational talk titled “Running my own Race”.

On the menu was a honey glazed sesame baked chicken, spinach risotto and chef cut vegatables all served by the food service department of Rolling Meadows Nursing and Rehab.  We thank Trisha Green and her team for a wonderfully delicious meal.
